1. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and one fully vaccinated dog under 10 KG (guide dogs are exempted). The second dog is charged at HK$300 net per night. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per room.
2. A fix deposit per room per night will be collected upon check-in.
3. Pets are allowed to enter the Hotel at G/F lobby and welcome to use outdoor area of PitStop, The Terrace and guest room on 3/F. Pet(s) are not allowed in other area within the hotel premises.
4. Guests are liable for any damage or noise caused by the pet during their stay. Corresponding fee will be applied for any damage caused.
5. Dogs must not be left unattended in room. Please keep dogs on leads or in cage at all times in all public areas.
6. No bathing in the toilet for your pet(s) is allowed.
7. Advance reservations must be made at least 3 days before arrival.
8. Full payment must be made in advance and is non-refundable.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers and discounts
10. Additional request for room cleaning service during the stay will be charged.
11. All hotel services and offers are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
12. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodating pet(s) that shows signs of aggression and the room rate will not be refunded.
