Labour Ticket Terms & Conditions

  • 1. The Labour Ticket Special Offer applies to Filipino Domestic Helper & Indonesian Domestic Helper being employed in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or Macao Special Administrative Region.
  • 2. The Labour ticket Special Offer cannot be used on open-jaw, stopover or multi-city.
  • 3. Tickets must originate and be issued in Hong Kong.
  • 4. A valid Employment Contract and Passport copy(the page with the photo) of the domestic helper is required while booking the Labour Ticket.
  • 5. Passenger must present the registered Employment Contract true copy as stated in your working visa upon check-in at the Hong Kong International Airport.
  • 6. After issuing Air ticket, Re-routing or re-issuing service fee of air tickets is HK$ 450 per ticket (if permitted by fare conditions)+Airline Penalty & Charges
  • 7. Revalidation fee of Air tickets is HK$ 450 per ticket (if permitted by fare conditions) +Airline Penalty & Charges.
  • 8. Processing and handling of ticket refunds is HK$ 675 per ticket (if permitted by fare conditions) +Airline Penalty & Charges.
  • 9. Flights can be booked for travel up to 360 days only.
  • 10. The Labour Ticket Fares does not include taxes(Airport Taxes, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, the Hong Kong Air Passenger Departure Tax, and the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee) and fuel surcharges. All fares, government taxes and fees, and surcharges are subject to change at any time.
  • 11. The fares detailed in this offer are subject to limited availability and offered on a first come, first served basis.
